When your lobby, common areas, and rooms face the back of a movie theater, transforming that space into something visually stunning is the only solution.

The wall measures between 30 to 36 feet in height and spans a total of 331 feet in width, covering an impressive 10,640 square feet.

Our design journey included multiple concept iterations, starting with a water-centric theme featuring local wildlife. But ultimately, we landed on a more minimalistic and graphic design, focusing on decorative elements over realism.

The project took nearly a year to complete, with extensive planning and design phases. When it came to execution, our efficient team of two completed the mural in just 14 days—an impressive turnaround for a mural of this size.

The community response has been overwhelmingly positive! This has really added significant value to Brightview Hunt Valley for their leasing efforts, boosted quility of life to their residents as well as the Hunt Valley Towne Center with its bustling commerce.
