Zahlco Urban Development — Repositioning a Challenger Brand in Baltimore

THE CHALLENGE

Zahlco needed to move beyond traditional real estate marketing and establish itself as a cultural and community-driven developer in Baltimore.

THE APPROACH

We developed a narrative-driven brand film that focused on the emotional experience of living in the city—shifting the story from property to identity.

Through an organic, documentary-style capture approach, we built a visual language that reflected authenticity, movement, and connection.

THE OUTCOME

The film elevated brand perception, giving the team a stronger presence in conversations with city officials and stakeholders while reinforcing internal pride and identity.

Georgia Peanut Commission — Driving Awareness Through National PSA Campaign

THE CHALLENGE

Peanut consumption was declining, and legislative support for farmers was at risk—requiring a campaign that could resonate with both the public and policymakers.

THE APPROACH

We developed a story-driven PSA campaign focused on the human side of farming—capturing real voices, environments, and stakes to create a deeper emotional connection.

THE OUTCOME

The campaign contributed to increased awareness and played a role in supporting continued subsidies for U.S. peanut farmers, while creating a long-term media library for ongoing use.

DAP — Elevating a Legacy Brand Through Campaign-Driven Product and Brand Creative

THE CHALLENGE

DAP needed to modernize its brand presence and compete more effectively against dominant players in the DIY category—while supporting product launches across retail, web, and broadcast environments.

THE APPROACH

We partnered with DAP as an ongoing creative and production collaborator, developing campaign-driven product and brand content designed to elevate perception and expand how the brand shows up across channels.

Beyond execution, we contributed to creative direction, messaging, and campaign concepts—pushing the brand toward bolder, more engaging storytelling while maintaining alignment with its core identity.

This included high-impact product spots, branded content initiatives, and scalable creative systems designed for retail, digital, and broadcast use.

THE OUTCOME

The work helped elevate DAP’s visual standard and expand its creative approach—supporting product launches, increasing retail presence, and contributing to the brand’s evolution into a more modern, competitive player in the category.
