THE HISTORY: Signs By Tomorrow and Signs Now both merged under one parent, Alliance Franchise Brands. In response to the modern market, speed wasn’t the name of the game as both brand names suggest. Thus, the launch of a new brand become pivotal strategy for the future of the sign industry.
THE TASK PHASE 1: create a film to showcase the benefits of adapting the new brand for current and future franchise members.
THE TASK PHASE 2: create marketing material for the new brand members that simultaneously shows the level of support new members recieve and entices new commitments.
THE RESULT: Alliance Franchise Brands saw an 82% increase in franchise commitment to the new brand.
The biggest part of this shift was getting the current franchise members onboard. Not an easy ask when it costs significant time and money. However, the benefits seem to speak for themselves.
